Our women's immersion weekend is the perfect escape if you are looking to recharge.

Whether you're juggling a demanding career, managing a household, or dealing with the stresses of daily life, our immersion program offers a rejuvenating and transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed.

We understand the importance of self-care and taking time for yourself, and our immersion weekend is designed to help you do just that. We'll be spending 2 nights and 3 days in the beautiful and luxury surroundings of Curraweena House, experiencing restorative yoga, meditation, and sound baths, along with some relaxing pamper services such as a massage, pedicure, as well as an educational workshop that relates to a topic important to us women and also a creative workshop to bring some fun back to our lives.
