My Programs

3 months

  • An individual 60 min coaching session, weekly for the first month, fortnightly for the next two months. 8 sessions in total.

  • A summary of each session including any actions.

  • In-between coaching support via text message if an urgent matter arises.

  • Email support to address emerging areas of concern which are not urgent.

  • Receipt of articles, books or other resources that may be useful for the client to read.

  • Access to other professionals with specialist skills that the client may contact e.g. dietitian, nutritionist, massage therapist (these are people that I know and can vouch for their good work).

  • Any other specialist services that I may provide to the client based on my areas of expertise.

6 months
