Our women's immersion weekend retreat is the perfect escape if you are looking to recharge.

Whether you're juggling a demanding career, managing a household, or dealing with the stresses of daily life, our immersion program offers a rejuvenating and transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed.

We understand the importance of self-care and taking time for yourself, and our immersion weekend is designed to help you do just that. We'll be spending 2 nights and 3 days in the beautiful and luxury surroundings of Curraweena House, experiencing restorative yoga, meditation, and sound baths on each of the two mornings, along with some relaxing pamper services such as a massage and pedicure. You will also have the experience of both an educational workshop that relates to a topic important to us women and a creative workshop to bring some fun back to our lives.
